Purpose of an Implant Card (IC)
Neo Modulus patients with an implanted device carry an IC in order to identify your device and to get access to safety-related information.
Enable patients to identify themselves as persons requiring special care in certain situations.
Enabling e.g. emergency clinical staff or first responder to be informed about special care/needs for relevant patients in case of emergency situations.
The IC includes a toll-free number to contact Neo Modulus, and helps maintain current and accurate information for your record.
Importance of IC
Whether you’re going away for the weekend or running a quick errand, it’s important to carry your Medical Device Identification Card with you at all times. In an emergency, the card will alert medical and security personnel that you have an implanted device.
Your Medical Device ID Card contains your name, your doctor’s name and phone number, and the model numbers of your implanted device and leads.
Who should have an IC?
Neo Modulus patients with NeocirrusTM Augmented Gingival Matrix should have an IC.
Updates to the IC Information
IC has been provided together with the device, and IC design is as follows. IC information may be updated where and when appropriate. Updates of the information will be made available to the patient or professional via this website.

Warnings and Precautions
1.Before using the product, patients should conduct a periodontal health status medical examination to ensure that patients are not in the presence of an acute infection in the surgical area.
2. Stitches need to be removed 2 weeks after surgery, and the residue is removed simultaneously.
3. The material exposed to the patient is gelatin, and the exposure dose for clinical use is ≤1g.
